Relevant Experience
I have 8+ years in software development and technical support. At WPManageNinja, I supported widely used WordPress plugins and later led support teams. I now build products with AI features at Themefic and take on independent projects.
I also built Fragscentric's commerce system, including checkout, inventory, delivery tracking, and a fragrance advisor that uses the live catalog. Running the business means I use that system to serve my own customers. You can read more in the case studies.
I also work closely with coding agents. I've written about building a frontend system that agents can work within and where AI agents still fail in WordPress.
